How did we get to CBP today

Today, I took the courage not to use Ergo. Carried him on my left arm, while the bag on the right. Flagged a cab, placed the bag in 1st and then moved into the cab with Shawn. I placed him on my lap while moving the bag further into the other side of the cab. Then placed him onto the seat and quickly fiddle with the seat belt and buckled him up. What a relief! He was looking at the cab driver's water bottle and said something. I don't remember what. Then he patted on the seat and said chair. Moving on, he was busy looking at passing vehicles. We managed to get to CBP without any wrestling or him standing up. I thanked him for being good to me. And certainly I hope he sits still and not move about when we're in the car for the days, months, weeks and years to come! Let's see how he fare later this evening... :)
