Auto pilot

This morning when we were at school, after taking off his shoes, Shawn just stood up on his own and went to the health screening corner. He let the teacher take his temperature and check on his hands and feet. I was amazed that it's autopilot today. He didn't need me to hold his hand and guide him there. Or even say a single word. A new beginning, perhaps...
