Hot Valentine's Day

How was my day so far... been a very very hot day. Hot Valentine's day.

I had a 5 1/2hr sleep last night. Shawn's midnight snack lasted him till 5.30am this morning. Hope this would further improve to 7am. Then he slept from 6am to 9am. After his feed, I put him in his cot. While he entertained himself looking at the baby mobile, I had my breakie. Then he had his bath and a nap from 11am to 12pm. He woke up for his noon feed and I put him to bed from 1plus pm again till 3pm. I was eating my porridge lunch while baby Shawn was sleeping. After his 3pm feed, both me and Shawn was playing the baby gym. It was a 2nd hand Fischer Price Barnyard range baby gym which I bought for only $20. Anyway, he was at the baby gym without any tears for 1/2hr. Then he whimpered a little and hhhmmm I thought ya, may be he had enough of it. So I gave him his pacifier and that conked him out for 1/2 hour till 5.30pm. While he was sleeping, I pumped milk. Feels like a cow every time I have to pump milk. :) He just had his feed and now he's back at his cot, looking at the baby mobile. That's my day so far...

Each day passes very fast. I wonder what have I been doing these days. My claims are not done yet and the deadline is end of this month. Uhhh... the thought of going back to work, think I am too comfortable staying at home for now. I am planning to go back to work on the 1st week of March and baby Shawn would be sent to the infant care opposite my office. At least I get to see this sweet little pie during lunch break.
