Loves solids, hates water

I had just started solids on Shawn on 1June. He loved it since he tasted the 1st spoonful of it. Initially he was still thrusting his tongue out rejecting the spoon. But after the 3rd day, he readily opens his mouth for more! I was very happy as he's doing well on it. The only thing he's not taking is plain water. He often gives me the 'yucky' look on his face when I give him water. So far this is what he had tried :

• 1June HT Brown Rice Cereals
• 8June Pureed carrots
• 12June To try mashed sweet potatoes

He's being fed solids once in school (about 2tablespoon of rice cereals) and back at home in the evenings, I am feeding him 2tablespoons of rice cereals & 1tablespoon of pureed carrots. Well, he still ask for milk at 9pm and he still wakes up at 4.30am for milk!!!! I am sooo stone at work...
