29Sept08 - Dinner : Pasta / Xiao Bai Chye / Egg yolk / Cheese === WEIRD combination but he wallopped everything!!!
As I was wiping him down with him lying down, he clapped. I didn't really notice until he went on clapping on and on and on. Heheee what a pleasant surprise!
30Sept08 - Dinner : Brown rice porridge / Kailan / Wolfberries === Didn't work well. Ate very little
Sit on demand? Well, we will see how long this would work. Tried to make him sit down on the playmat before picking him up. I tried instructing him to do so and it works so far. He would crawl towards my direction and fold his legs up to sitting position and wave his hands up high to be carried. He also managed to self soothe to sleep that night. He woke up at about 2am; sat up and cried for a long 20-30minutes. We did not pick him up but on and off go over and pat pat him a little and reassure him everything is okay. Well, I guess he decided enough is enough. He just slumped down and whined a bit and went back to Lala-land-753573.jpg)
My brother is in town for the ASH concert at Fort Canning tonight. So we met up at Suntec for lunch at the Republic foodcourt. Shawn was ok and warmed up to him quite immediately (although it started off with some blur look). Managed to do some baby-stuff shopping at John Little Marina Sq alone with him. He was nice to me the whole 3hrs (because he was sleeping for a good 1 1/2hr and no poopoo! :D). Anyway, it was not a very pleasant experience at JL that day because the service was super duper slow and there was quite a crowd. I went to stock up wet wipes, diapers etc and opted for delivery. In the evening, when I was strolling him around at Suntec, Shawn suddenly clapped and laughed. He was doing that a couple of times - I wonder what was so funny , he must have been self entertaining!
