Over the weekend we stayed one night at Conrad Hotel using a redemption voucher from Starhub. Checked in on Saturday at about 2pm, dumped our bags and went to have a relatively cheap and nice set lunch at Paulaner Barhaus. I skipped the beer.. oh, well you know I have other obligations! Phaik met up with us for lunch and we took a walk at Suntec after lunch. I bought him a suit for the pool. - which he managed to squeeze in just nice. While the adults are busy strolling the mall, Shawn was bored so he decided to take a nap. By the time we got back and put him in the cot, he happily snuggled and continued napping. When he woke up (happy i.e.) then he realised that he got a 14th floor - million dollar view from his cot. He was so happy banging and laughing on the fireman access window pane (For a moment I was worried that he would break it! Hahaha) It was about 6pm when we brought him to the pool (for the 1st time!). He didn't seem to comfortable in the pool. It took him awhile to get used to it. After 15min in the pool, he was kind of whining and we decided that that should be it! TIMES UP! Quickly bundled him up and brought him back to the room for a bath. Had a good dinner at Outback, while Shawn too, enjoyed his home cooked dinner which I cooked since morning. There was a baby girl at the next table and he kept looking back wanting to befriend with her (he did his usual high pitch scream to say HI)
The next day he woke up happy. HELLO WORLD!
