Pork chop is getting better, I hope

Yesterday at home was grueling. He only napped for 1hr for the whole day! Mum and I were very tired attending to him for the whole day. He seemed to have endless energy even though he took his medicine which supposed to make him drowsy! He did not cough last night till this morning (not that I heard anything). The gross part is just the gluey muck coming out of his nose that's all.

Shawn woke me up 2 nights ago. I supposed it's because he was already sleeping when I put him in the cot. Then last night, I nursed him and managed to wake him up at the end of nursing. Brought him to the window and showed him the dark sky and said the usual things that YT tells him, "It is now dark outside, the sun has set and no one is playing outside already. When you wake up tomorrow, then mommie would bring you to school and then you can play with your friends. So now, mommie is going to put you in the cot, please sleep through the night. Wake up at 7am okay? If not then mommie would wake you up". It took me 4-5times, repeating the same cycle over and over again because each time I put him back in the cot, he would stand up and cry. Until the last cycle, I think he got bored and decided to do away with my repetitions and just decided to sleep. I patted him for less than a minute and I left the room. He successfully slept till 6am. Nursed him and put him back to the cot to sleep. He 'napped' till around 8am and did not wake us up.

When we woke up we then realised that he was playing in the cot and gave us a big smile when he saw us waking up. I gave him a milk snack. After having enough, he lied on his back, looking at the ceiling and said "Mama". And again, I passed him his favorite Fisher Price Dog book. I thought I heard him say dog for the past two mornings. Then this morning I asked him to
pass me the dog book and he did. Yay! :)

I just came back from Kidstarz. He had just finished him lunch. Teacher Jonah was saying that he has suddenly grew heavier (after 2days of missing school) and having a great appetite (he had demanded for more porridge)!

'AUNTIE' would be referred as 'AUNTIE' and hence in a Hokkien family, you'd need to be called still 'AH KHOR". hahaaa
