Pretending to be minding his own meal

I tried the cup on him just now. He managed to drink some from the cup, dipped his finger into the cup and well, poured the rest onto himself. It's okay because it's just less than 1cm of water in the Ikea kiddo cup. Then I gave him the Ikea kiddo bowl and plastic fork. He was busy throughout the meal with the bowl/fork, pretending to be stirring something in the bowl, testing the sturdiness of the plastic bowl and drinking something from the bowl. This reminds me, I had been doing this for the past 6months since I started his solids. And obviously he was observing what we had been doing at the dinner table (drinking bottoms up from the bowl!)
