When Shawn walks, his upper body moves forward while his lower body lags behind. He looks really funny. Anyway, his left feet is turned outwards while he right is less obvious. It read some toddlers walk with feet turning outwards but most cases correct themselves as the child becomes more confident on his feet.
Here's what one website say :

Very occasionally, toddlers walk with their feet turned outwards. This tends to be more common in children who were born prematurely. In most cases, out-toeing resolves by itself as posture and balance matures, but see your podiatrist if you are concerned.
