Shawn woke up at 6am. He seemed a little warm when I nursed him. By the time we all woke up, it was about 7.45am. Quickly put him into the cot and threw in some books. He spent 1/2hr in there while YT got ready to go to work and I quickly cooked breakfast for Shawn and me. Shawn had about 1.5 tbspn of oats with rock melon, while I finished the chicken chipolata with bread. Meanwhile, I also boiled green bean soup, while I bath Shawn and then bathed myself. Time check 9.10am. I got to log on to work. Shawn spent about 50minutes playing in the playyard. Occasionally I have to turn around and entertain him. Overall he was fine, playing on his own. What a good boy indeed! Then he turned a little noisy. It was about 10am so I thought may be he's tired. I slinged him into the carrier and he slept in 15min. He slept til about 11.45am. In between I managed to boil soup and prepare lunch, plus wiping the floor with magikleen and mop :)
He woke up blurly, and signalled me "more more". Means it's time for lunch. He didn't seem to fancy broccolli very much today. Not sure why, but he's ok with chicken, corn, carrots and bok choy. Today, new stunt was to spit out broccolli when I fed him that. Uggghhh... now he's getting a little picky ya... I tried feeding him green bean soup just now. He didn't seem interested even though it's a little sweet. But I'm not so alarmed because just now he drank a lot of soup. I suppose that would cover for the 1st half od the day's intake for liquid. After lunch he was cleaning up the playyard. He has been wiping the playyard for the past 1/2 an hour. Looks like I found myself a little helper.
=================================================================
He napped later in the afternoon. After he woke up, he was somewhat cranky. Guess he was bored staying in the playyard for longer hours. He screamed and threw things out. Anyway, story cut short, before bedtime he seemed to be very hyperactive (could have been the chocolate dunkers that I ate!) and drooling excessively. I thought I might as well apply Dentinox. I rubbed the upper left gums and realised there are molars coming out. No wonder he was drooling like a tap. Anyway, after nursing, I took a short walk around the room, minutes later he kong-ed out to lalaland.
