What's up?

A typical day : Every morning, Shawn wakes up when Aiko does the morning call. He eases himself up and call for milk. What I tried today was to ignore him and told him that it's still night time (it's 6am) and please go back to bed. He cried, tossed and protested. Then went back and nap till about 7am. He must have been really really hungry. Since I couldn't sleep anymore, well, then it's milk time.

Now in the mornings, I have half an hour to prepare for the dinner's soup (wash, cut and boil) while Shawn reads in his cot after milk. I would pass him his toothbrush at the same time - whatever he does with it. Get ready to get to work. I wear his shoes and he and I would walk out to hail a cab together.

This evening, I was reading him the Ears, Nose Eyes and toes book, he pointed accurately to his ears, nose and eyes and toes. Yay! One round only and that's it. I guess then the show was over. I was begging him to show me again... he happily walked away. Also, he recently is helping me to keep his books back onto the shelf. But it seems he never get past 5 books. Seems tiring huh? And as usual, he is still very very enthusiastic about wiping (that includes my bedsheet).

During dinner, he pointed at the soup bowl and said moremore. Yes, he had half a bowl of meepok mee amount of soup. Just soup alone. He sure did have a good appetite for dinner today. Yup, it's good black bean soup with no sodium. And just today, he called Avocado Toutou. He said this repeatedly "Toutou more more". He has grasped the meaning of combining a word with "More". Like "ish-ish moremore" (means more fish). He uses the word Please more often now but with us telling him to say it after us. He still does the Phhhsshhhh.

Later tonight, we were watching the Greatest American Dog finals just now. Yea.. that kept him glued and he easily finished him milk in 10minutes plus a large amount of water. Bed time now shifts to 10pm. YT tucks him to bed most of the time and typically drifts off to Lalaland in less than 15minutes.
