This week we stayed home again. On Sunday night, there were some marks on Shawn's both soles. Not one, but many. like may be 10-15 per foot. And they are near the past HFMD blisters area. I was alarmed. On Monday, I brought him to school and was not comfortable with not bringing to the PD. So I left office after settling some things and brought him to the PD. PD couldn't confirm if it's HFMD. She said it could have been just insect bites but there wouldn't be so many on both soles. So, anyway, I was told to monitor for 3days. Yesterday, I couldn't wait for today to confirm. So I brought him to a GP downstairs, hoping that the GP could clear him. But the doctor refused because the marks are still there, even though they are less prominent. So we waited till today and brought him back to the PD. She gave a clearance for it, saying that it's non HFMD. Likely it's bout of eczema on the sole, which looked patchy, as if they were pretty close to blistery looking like HFMD. What a relief! I got approval to work from home, thankful for that. So, Shawn would still stay home till next Monday.
Recently his whole body was rough and dry. I had put lots of lotion, but they don't seem to go away. Doctor said this would go off by itself. Just moisturise it, that'll do. Can't rush it .... duh...

If it is eczema, you can try Sorbolene. It helps with Aden. Also Lacto GG supplements..
