Over the weekend

Recently he has been providing me a NO answer with a very polite "No Thanks". Right...

On Saturday, we tried diaperless during daytime. I asked if he needed to pee. He said, "No Thanks". Less than 5minutes later accident happened. I managed to catch it while he was just starting to pee and wet the floor. Whopped him up and brought him to the big boys toilet, stood on the Ikea stool and pee there. Twice... anyway, He managed 2hr pee-less when he took a nap. Of course I kept my finger and toes crossed that he won't soil the bed! He didn't tell me when he wanted to pee. Most of the time I gauged when I should bring him to the loo and made him pee there. We'll try again! :)

One of the nights as I was feeding Dylan in the room, I shouted for Shawn to come in to the bedroom. He was watching TV in the hall alone. So he replied, "No thanks!"

On Sunday, we met up with Lynette and her 2 boys at ECP McD. Before we left home, I told Shawn that we are going to McD. He said he wanted to eat fries. I said, "Ok just a few. How about corn in the cup?" Shawn replied, "No, I was corn in my bowl." Shawn did ask about Justin/A.Steph/U.Sing before we met them. And yes, his cousin was there as well. So four <3yr old boys were chasing/roaring at each other in the playground for almost an hour. Shawn has found a new friend i.e. Devon who talks about Spiderman and dinosaurs. Devon is 2 months older than Shawn and they sure do have lots of common interest. When they first met each other, Shawn stamped his feet and I said, "Not nice. Shake hands with Devon". So they both held hands for one second and off they went running and roaring at each other. And yup, they sure can chat with each other about superheros and dinosaurs. Oh boy... let's see when there are 6 boys running around me, I think I rather put on the ear plugs, sit back and read my mag :)
