Toes, Ker, Car, Tuk

This morning while in bed, I asked Shawn, "Where are your toes?". He touched his toes and I repeated toes. He repeated after me. Went through the same question again and he said toes.. Yay! Just now when I picked him up, I met YM on the way to take cab home. She asked Shawn where are his toes. He tried to look below and bend over from his Ergo and tried to reach out for his toes... Yay! In the cab, as usual he would point at the stickers in the cab and talk. Well, I have been doing this for months, say sticker. I get "ker, ker" and knock knock bang bang in return. He said car a couple of times during the trip.

We have been showing him the Elmo book at night before sleeping and singing to him the Clap Your Hands. He likes the finger puppet when we make it 'come to life'. He now sticks his finger into Elmo's mouth and dig and dig, while I'll make Elmo clamp his little finger inside. He is not saying Elmo or Mo yet

Tonight, I introduced him a new book during his night reading session. It was Digger and Dumper board book. Flipped on the pages, then I heard "Tuk, Tuk". I suppose it's Truck. Well, none of the photos inside shows any truck. I recall sometimes on the way back we'll see trucks on the road and I'll say truck. He probably thinks the vehicels in the book look like truck???
