Bland food

Sometimes I wonder how long would Shawn tolerate his bland food at home. If we don't cook for dinner, means I would just cook for his dinner. That would also mean tasteless bland food. E.g. my (almost) weekday daily routine, steam fish/meat WITHOUT any garlic/ginger. After 5-6minutes, then I'll throw in the greens. 10minutes later I'll fish them up and then feed him his dinner with rice/porridge. On his lucky days when I don't do our dinners, he would get a clove of garlic, or some chopped ginger or wolfberries steamed together with the fish or meat. Yesterday I tried to put in more effort i.e. to put some tomatoes to his cod fish to steam. So his super lucky days is his meals out of home. :)
