Another bloody episode

Tonight he had a bloody nose again! This is the second time. Not sure why but apparently this afternoon while playing with his Spiderman toy, the toy went smack on his face. He didn't cry much but he just said "Pain pain". Just now at about 9plus while my mum was putting him to bed, he nosebled after he rubbed his nose one time. Hopefully it'll be okay and not being infected like last time. Uggghhh!!!
